Sofia Richie is 'totally done' with Kourtney Kardashian's bullying ways after quitting 'KUWTK': Insider
Sofia Richie is done playing nice with her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian now that she has quit the latter's family-run reality show, 'Keeping up with the Kardashians.'
The 21-year-old model, who is dating 36-year-old Scott Disick recently said in an 'Entertainment Tonight' that although 'KUWTK' fans loved her cameo in season 17 of the reality show, she will not be returning for the next season as she wanted to focus on her acting career. “I feel like, for a while, I kind of held back on things because I was afraid of failure, but 2020 is [the year of] no fear! I’m gonna be doing acting stuff really soon,” she said.
The report was soon followed with the news that Lionel Richie's younger daughter had unfollowed Kourtney on Instagram, sparking rumors that all was not well between her and the Kardashian-Jenner clan, or worse, she was planning to break up with Scott.
A recent report suggested that Sophia always had to watch how she behaved around the mother-of-three as she was intimidated by the latter. However, with appearances on the reality show behind her, the model has decided that she was not going to let the 40-year-old bully her anymore.
“Sofia has literally spent years biting her lip and dealing with all of Kourt’s attitude, but now she’s totally done with it,” an insider told Radar Online. “She’s taking the initiative and making it known that she won’t be bullied or talked down to anymore."
The report said that although Sophia decided to follow Kourtney on social media again on the insistence of her boyfriend, she did it under certain conditions.
“Scott is right in the middle of it all, but he’s actually impressed with Sofia’s hardheaded new approach,” the insider said. “He told her to play nice and got her to follow Kourt again [on social media] after she made a statement by deleting her. Scott’s told Kourtney it’s time to show respect and stop being so self-absorbed when they’re all together."
