No more #Mondayblues for fans and viewers as 'So You Think You Can Dance' season 16 aired with its third episode on Monday night.

This week we witnessed some impeccable talent as contestants gave their best audition performance, hoping to get a ticket to the academy. Judges Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy,  Laurieann Gibson and Dominic“D-Trix” Sandoval made sure only the best contestants got through to the academy under their watchful eyes.

As the search for America's favorite dancer continued, there were various performances that made us pause and look twice.

'So You Think You Can Dance' season 16: Bailey - PC - CR: Adam Rose/FOX

The first performance that earned the judges' attention was by 18-year-old Bailey who revealed that he was left fighting for his life after he was prematurely born. Being someone short, Bailey shared that he was always bullied because of his height. Performing a routine for "How Deep Is Your Love" by Calvin Harris & Disciples he stunned everyone.

Showcasing his B-boy skills, Bailey left the judges and audiences screaming and cheering for him. His moves were so energetic and he did not slip even one second or lose his energy. From start to end, he danced his way into the hearts of everyone and won a yes from all four judges.

The next contestant who ruled the stage with his performance was Frank 'Ghost' Crisp Jr, who danced to "Pump It Up" by Joe Budden. Frank revealed that he is a self-taught street dancer. He started dancing for the NBA ever since he was 18 and is working with the Harlem Globe Trotters.

Frank's moves were smooth and he made it seem like it was effortless. Bringing in a few stunts here and there, he managed to keep everyone entertained throughout his performance. He also received four yeses from the judges and has moved into the academy. By looking at his audition performance, it is safe to say that he is one among the frontrunners to watch out for this season.

The final contestant making it to the Top 3 performers this week is Lauren Luteran. She is a contemporary dancer who was diagnosed with cystic. Revealing that she has a short life expectancy, Lauren says that she wants to do all she can do while she can.

The passionate dancer performed "Marathon (In Roses)" by Gem Club for her audition and it was nothing less than beautiful.

Watching her glide through the stage, effortlessly while she performed left everyone awestruck including the judges. Everyone in the audience was also left emotional and her parents were also seen crying. Lauren got four yeses from the judges and moved on to the next round.

'So You Think You Can Dance' season 16 airs every Monday night on Fox. Check your local listings for more information.
