'I didn't do it': Slain Idaho students' neighbor Jeremy Reagan slams web sleuths who claim he's suspect

Neighbors say the house where four University of Idaho students were found stabbed to death was a gathering place for friends where parties were held several nights a week. Many people in the area returned home for Thanksgiving. Neighbors who remained in town Monday described the night of the murder, which occurred between 3.am and 4.am Sunday, Nov 13. As neighbors say, it has been unnaturally quiet in the nine days since Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, Ethan Chapin, and Kaylee Goncalves were stabbed to death while sleeping.

Jeremy Reagan, a third-year law student from Idaho University, was a neighbor who lived very close to the student's house. In a recent interview, Regan explained his whereabouts on the day murder took place, and said, "I went to bed early that night, and then I woke up to a bunch of normal, and then a couple of hours later we got a message, and there was a bunch of police here," "And then that was the end of normalcy for the past week or so here," as reported by Fox News.

However, Jeremy Regan has been suspected among the web sleuths. As the internet digs deep into the Idaho murder case, netizens are finding an abnormality in the neighbor's statement and are targetting him as a murderer, Stephen McDaniel.

Recently, In an interview, Regan tried to clear the air about the rumors circulating on social media. He said, "Apparently, I'm famous on the internet now for something that I didn't about people. Just basically comparing me to Daniel or Steven McDaniels and then just going through all of my social media histories deciding posts from a decade ago, and just saying oh, it must be him. Obviously it's him. He's done interviews. Why else would he do these? If he didn't do it? He wants to be close to the crime scene. I have nothing to hide.
