Simon Cowell stuns in newly-chiseled physique courtesy vegan diet as he attends summer bash with partner Lauren Silverman
Simon Cowell, who dropped nearly two stone after getting on a strict vegan diet, flaunted his new svelte physique during a dapper appearance at his high profile Syco summer party held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in Knightsbridge on Thursday.
The 59-year-old music mogul oozed confidence after cutting a noticeably trimmer figure in a white open-necked shirt which hugged his newly chiseled abs, Daily Mail reports.
The popular X Factor judge arrived hand in hand with partner Lauren Silverman, 41, sporting high-waisted trousers and Cuban heels.
Sporting a handsome smattering of stubble across his newly toned jaw, Cowell couldn't contain his happiness as he attended the party.
His partner from New York stunned equally with her glamorous figure as she went braless under a sleeveless pink gown. The dress had a trendy turtle-style neckline and showed off her lean legs with a knee-high slit line.
The brunette bombshell boosted her enviable frame with a pair of silver peep-toe heels. The socialite accessorized with glistening silver hoops, a chunky gold bangle, and a metallic clutch to maintain her striking look.
Lauren complemented her beauty with dewy foundation, blushed cheeks, and a faint pink lip gloss. Meanwhile, her chocolate-brown tresses were styled into glossy waves.
The stunning couple shared a kiss en-route to the soiree and looked smitten as they arrived at the bash.
That said, Simon was obviously more svelte considering he lost 20lbs after going on the vegan diet.
The reality TV star took it upon himself to change his lifestyle after blacking out while walking downstairs in his London mansion in October 2017 due to low blood pressure.
Simon told Extra about his new diet last month.
"I went to see this guy who's very well-known," he said. "And he said to me, after doing some blood work, 'You can't have red meat, dairy, sugar, bread or gluten.'"
However, the X Factor judge admitted his first thought after the professional advice was: "What about alcohol?"
"And he said, 'Maybe not quite as much as you had before.' And I did it and I stuck to it and it’s easy," Simon said, laughing.
According to the talent show judge, he was actually following his five-year-old son Eric's diet.
"Apart from ice cream, he actually likes water, and eats all his raw vegetables. I’m on the Eric Cowell diet," he quipped.
