Outrage as SICK video shows drag queen straddling girl during racy lap dance at North Carolina college
WINSTON-SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA: A video of a drag queen straddling a female student during an LGBTQ+ pride event at Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem has gone viral. Footage obtained by the social media account @libsoftiktok on Tuesday, March 28, showed the drag queen giving a sexualized lap dance where students as young as 14 attended the event at the public college which provides two on-campus high school programs that begin enrolment in ninth grade. The event was open to students of all ages.
Following the video, many called the act "sick," while some were quick to bash the management. One wrote, "The administration of that high school is actively/knowingly promoting corruption and perversion. Parents should remove their children ASAP." Another wrote, "I can't get past the adults clapping, smiling and cheering it on. How is this acceptable, what happened!"

'Weird how drag queens can get away with anything'
One used wrote, "I can't imagine what would have happened if a real woman did this to me at school when I was a kid. But now a man dressing as a woman is ok to do this to kids? Where are the parents?" Another said, "Lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor is a felony." A user added, "Weird how drag queens can get away with anything that a normal man would be jailed for." However, another user said, "The person in the chair is a legal adult. It was at a college, not a highschool."

'We do not condone the actions'
Forsyth Public Health Director Joshua Swift issued a statement to Fox News and said, "Our staff was aware that there would be drag performances but was not involved with planning the event and had no information regarding the age of the attendees. We spent $58 on supplies from the department's operational budget which is funded locally and in-part by the State of North Carolina. We do not condone the actions that allegedly took place during the event."
Paula Dibley, the school’s Chief Officer of Student Success and Strategic Innovation, confirmed that the girl being straddled in the video is a student, and that "parents of children under 18 were not notified of this event in advance." She said, as stated by Fox News, "Pride Fest is produced by the Pride Club, which is a student-led organization. All events on campus are entirely voluntary." And added, "We have been in close contact with our early college school leadership and are talking with both leaders and parents about how we can revise campus policies and procedures regarding early and middle college students’ attendance at campus events."
