Is SHINee's Minho making a comeback? Ecstatic fans say 'this is wild' as he hints at new album

Fans of singer-songwriter Minho have a reason to celebrate as the South Korean artiste hinted at a comeback. The 28-year-old artiste, who debuted as a member of South Korean band SHINee in 2008 and later went on to become one of the best selling artistes in Korea, has got his fans excited after he revealed that he is part of the new album.

According to a user on Twitter, Minho, whose real name is Choi Min-ho, spilled the beans about his comeback and said, "Spoiler about the comeback? I don't know. I'm in the album. The killing parts of Back Door are the beginning until the end."



 

The moment the news broke on the internet, his loyal fans stormed Twitter to share their excitement. One user shared, "Minho is trending wtf... i cannt communicate how famous skz r now they used to never trend w lives and even comebacks were a bit hard to trend.. this is wild." One fan said, "act 2 is coming out in november..... minho coming back in november..... SHINee COMING BACK IN NOVEMBER."



 



 

Talking about the good news, one fan asserted, “Minho better use his paratrooper training to jump from a plane onto a stage for SHINee’s comeback." Another user added, “Omg there have been rumor of jinki solo comeback kib is preparing something too,, if minho say something abt a potential solo cb I will combust wtf."



 



 

Minho is currently carrying out his mandatory military service as a member of the Marine Corps. He got enlisted in the military in April 2019 and he is expected to return from his service this November.

Apart from his singing abilities, the talented artiste has also shown his skills in acting. Minho debuted as an actor in November 2010 with a KBS2 drama special ‘Pianist’. He then acted in various television dramas such as SBS sitcom ‘Salamander Guru’, ‘The Shadows’, ‘To the Beautiful You’, ‘Medical Top Team’, ‘My First Time’ and ‘Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth’. Minho made his movie debut in 2016 with ‘Canola’.

His boy band SHINee was formed in 2008 under SM Entertainment and consists of four members namely Onew, Key, Minho and Taemin. Originally, it was a five-piece group, but unfortunately their vocalist Jonghyun died in December 2017.
