'She called the police on me': Jimmy Kimmel shares special Thanksgiving message from Marjorie Taylor Greene
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia, known for her conspiracy theories, had previously filed a police report against Jimmy Kimmel.
Ironically, she is now seeking a guest spot on Kimmel's show to promote her latest book.
'Part of me wants to invite her'
In her recent promotional push for her new book, MTG, the Georgia congresswoman took to X to address Jimmy Kimmel directly, suggesting, “Hey @jimmykimmel since most of your show content is your nonstop lies about me, why don’t you have me on your show? I’ll bring you a copy of my book and we can chat about what needs to happen to SAVE AMERICA!”
In light of the police report against the host, Kimmel responded on the night of Novemebr 27, expressing skepticism about her sudden interest, stating, “I guess I’m a Hollywood libtard that’s part of the celebrity pedophile Satan club ― until she has a book to promote. Then ’I’d love to swing by.’”

Kimmel playfully extended his jesting to include a humorous plan to tease the far-right legislator, who had previously spoken at a white-nationalist gathering.
He quipped, “Part of me wants to invite her here so I can let her wait for an hour down in the green room doing power squats and then bump her. Even just to screw with Matt Damon it would be fun, but I also don’t want rabies.” referencing the ongoing comedic gag involving Damon waiting in the green room only to be bumped from appearing on the show.
Over the years, Damon, in a nod to the bit, has a "feud" with Kimmel over perennially being left waiting in the green room, anticipating an appearance, only to be bumped at the eleventh hour.
Kimmel might have to 'report MTG's book to Capitol Police'
Kimmel took a moment to humorously highlight the purportedly lackluster sales of Greene's book, pointing out that it's "ranked number 65 in the Women’s Biography category," trailing behind works such as "a book written by Kanye’s ex-girlfriend," two Michelle Obama memoirs, and even landing 60 spots below Paris Hilton’s "Paris the Memoir."
In a cheeky conclusion, Kimmel quipped, “Marjorie Taylor Greene’s book is such a bomb, I might have to report it to the Capitol Police.”
However, he hinted at a glimmer of opportunity for Greene, referencing a past instance where he accommodated repeated requests from Mike Lindell.
Kimmel allowed Lindell to be a guest on the show, but with a unique twist—he had to participate from inside an arcade claw machine. The MyPillow CEO gladly accepted the unconventional invitation.
