'Sexy Beast' Episode 6 Takeaway: Devastated Marjorie Kern learns about Gal Dove and Deedee Harrison's affair

LONDON, ENGLAND: In the prequel series of the cult film 'Sexy Beast' from the year 2000, the early years of iconic characters Gal Dove and Deedee Harrison are being explored.
The series premiered on Paramount+ on Thursday, January 25, and will conclude with Episode 8 scheduled to release on February 29.
In the series, Gal Dove (James McArdle) is portrayed as being in a committed relationship with Marjorie Kern (Eliza Bennett), with their families gearing up for their extravagant wedding.
However, Gal's world is turned upside down when he encounters Deedee Harrison (Sarah Greene), an adult film star, and the two quickly develop a deep connection.
Meanwhile, Deedee grapples with her own challenges, including an estranged relationship with her family, dissatisfaction with her career, and lingering feelings for her boyfriend, Alan Graves (Lex Shrapnel), whom she no longer loves.
Gal Dove and Deedee Harrison get closer
In Episode 5, Gal Dove confessed his love to Deedee and she walked away stating that it would never work out. However, their casual relationship takes a twist when McGraws gets Deedee arrested to intimidate her, and she calls Gal to bail her out.
Gal ditches his stag night to be with Deedee. After getting her out of prison, they go for a drive and make out in the car.
Marjorie Kern loses her calm at her bachelorette
Marjorie's bachelorette is ruined by Gal's sister Ann Marie Dove (Clea Martin) as she tells her about his affair with Deedee.
She storms out of her party and barges into Gal's stag to confront him. As she doesn't find him at the venue, she questions Don Logan (Emun Elliott) if Gal is in love with the adult star. After a moment of silence, Don says, "I don't know."
On the other hand, Deedee and Gal's moment of passion is interrupted when Deedee's boyfriend Alan sees them in a questionable position. He drags Gal out of the car and starts to beat him up.
The upcoming episode will get more intense as Marjorie might call off her wedding while Gal would try to make things right with her.
