'Sex, Love, and Goop' is a series with 6 episodes, about 40 minutes each, that revolves around six pairs of people, from different ages, races, and sexual orientations. Each couple is here to work with experts in order to learn new and improved ways to increase intimacy and sexual wellbeing, whilst making use of techniques and equipment to enhance their relationships and sex lives.

On the premiere episode of 'Sex, Love and Goop', we're introduced to the show's first couple, Erika and Damon, who have been married for six years. One difficulty that they face is the differences in their perspectives on sex. While Damon has a very high sexual drive, Erika likes the more sensual aspect of things, say candles, or playing around, and is high on the kinky meter. In order to solve their issue, the couple meets the show's experts: a Sexological Bodyworker, a Tantra and Sacred Intimacy coach, and an Erotic Wellness coach, who guides them through their sexual wellness journey.

Sex expert Jaiya, the founder of the Erotic Blueprints, helps couples with their sex lives by learning more about their sexuality. In the first episode of the show, she has Damon and Erika experiment with sex toys like paddles, blindfolds, and a metal “Wolverine claw", to heighten the partner's arousal and sense of touch.

Most couples mustered up the courage and took to the floor in hopes of working through their differences and/or their thoughts on their sex lives, which ranges from levels of desire, or even complaints of losing the physical spark in a relationship.
