BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Internet sensation Andrew Tate has claimed in a tweet that he "annihilated" a ghost in his prison cell and 'sent him back to hell". Tate, a British citizen, has made a series of bizarre claims since he went to prison in December, including one where he said that he manages to do 500 squats and 500 pushups in a day.

Tate, who boasts a following of millions on social media platforms, is currently behind bars with his brother Tristan Tate in Romania. On December 29, 2022, both the brothers along with two of their associates were arrested and put behind the bars.

Reacting to his tweet, one person wrote, "Andrew Tate once called me a "disgusting supporter of mass murder" on Twitter because I have the Cuban flag on my profile. Now, he's in prison, talking to ghosts. Needless to say, I had the last laugh." Another one joked, "Andrew Tate sees ghosts in his room and has 96k likes, 3k rts I see ghosts in my room and suddenly I'm "crazy" and "haven't been taking my pills" and "please drop the knife dagar, you're scaring me"." Making fun of Tate, one said, "This Andrew Tate downfall is so funny in the space of 2 months he's gone from flexing his cars on Greta Thunberg to beefing with ghosts in his cell like he's in the sixth sense"

Tate's tweet comes just a day after he said that he reads and responds to hundreds of letters daily. He wrote, "I am in a cell. I have extremely limited freedom of action. Every single day, I do 500 squats. 500 push-ups. Practice my tiger paw technique. Walk 10km. Write and complete lessons for the students inside The Real World. Read and respond to 100s of letters." He had also tweeted, "There is a man in jail who got 17 years because his wife snitched. He can't stop talking about how much he misses her. Women have no idea how deeply a man can love."
