Selma Blair found a way to get back at her son after he apparently ruined her stellar dive into a swimming pool.

Blair shared a photo of herself Wednesday as she prepared to plunge into the water—a remarkable moment for the actress who has struggled with her mobility after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) last year, Yahoo News reports.

However, just as she was about to take the dive, her mischevious eight-year-old son Arthur Saint pushed her off the edge of the pool.

“I sometimes doubt my child’s ethics. Preparing to dive. A very big deal for me. Instead, I felt a tiny hand on my swimsuit and lost any coordination,” the 47-year-old star captioned the post which shows her starting with perfect form but ultimately flailing into a belly flop.

“#Terror #PunkKid #PayBack is coming. Any ideas?” the 'Cruel Intentions' actress asked her followers for some tips on getting back at him.

Not one to back down, Blair revealed her revenge just hours later in another post. As payback, the 'Legally Blonde' star shared a photo of her diving naked into the pool. “Victory. I don’t give up. #BottomsUp 🐳 My boy is a #CrackUp @KidsArthurSaint.”

The mother-and-son duo has braved a lot of hurdles this past year, aside from embarrassing each other on social media.

Blair experiences daily ups and downs ever since being diagnosed with the chronic neurological disease.

According to her, she doesn't know what to expect when she wakes up every day.

Speaking to People, Blair said she is honest with Arthur about the challenges she faces and that she is constantly impressed by his resilience.

The eight-year-old's father is Blair's former boyfriend and fashion designer Jason Bleick.

Arthur is always ready to help when she is feeling sick and has to rush to a bathroom. “He’s had to endure a lot; he’s seen a lot,” Blair said.

However, Blair said Arthur is rather optimistic and never views his mom's weaknesses negatively. "He says, ‘Mommy’s not sick. Mommy’s brave,'" the proud mother recalled.

Blair said she was pleasantly surprised after recently learning that her son loves it when she visits his school. “He said, ‘I love when you come to school because you make the kids laugh and you answer all their questions,'” she said.

Blair revealed she doesn't avoid questions from the kids about why she "walks and talks funny."

“I explain what’s happening and that my voice doesn’t hurt, and we have really decent exchanges,” she said. “I had no idea Arthur was proud of that. I thought ‘I’m probably an embarrassment,’ but to know I’m not was one of my proudest moments.”
