Julia Louis-Dreyfus is shockingly unrecognizable as she steps out sporting gray hair
Julia Louis-Dreyfus is winning even cancer, and there are pictures to prove it. The Seinfeld actress, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, was recently spotted being up and about, rocking her grey hair in the process.
The actress looked well along the road to recovery on Wednesday as she went shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. The beloved actress was looking healthy and relaxed, carrying a leather tote bag back to her car, photos show.
Louis-Dreyfus had her gray hair tied up on the top of her head, the ends still hanging on to some rich brown color. She was dressed casually, wearing a pair of blue jeans, a collared, button-down shirt, and a white cardigan.
The 57-year-old revealed in September that she has breast cancer, and began chemotherapy later in the fall. Ever since, the New York native has been updating fans of her progress through her social media accounts.
She cationed a picture on Instagram: “Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery. Hey cancer, “F–k you!” Here’s my first post-op photo.”
Last month, Tony Hale, who is also her co-star in the HBO hit show Veep, told Entertainment Tonight that the actress was almost ready to get back to her daily schedule and return to work. He told the outlet that Louis-Dreyfus is doing “really fantastic” and that she will be ready to shoot the new season of the show when filming resumes in the summer.
"She’s great!" he excitedly shared. "She’s going through her own journey, and man, we’ve been talking off and on. But we’re going to be ready to shoot in the summer. She’s really doing fantastic," Hale added.
