Sofia Richie, 21, agrees to move in with Scott Disick, 36, as couple plan on buying a new home in Malibu
Model Sofia Richie is ready to move in with her boyfriend Scott Disick, but only if he fulfills certain conditions she has laid down for him.
Scott currently stays in Hidden Hills, California, so that he can easily co-parent his children—Mason, Penelope, and Reign—with his ex Kourtney Kardashian. The 36-year-old reality star revealed in a teaser for the season finale of 'Flip It Like Disick' that he was ready to move to Malibu with his 21-year-old girlfriend.
At the beginning of the teaser, Scott opened up about the importance of Sofia in his life, saying that he always felt he was missing something in his life and her presence filled that void. Acknowledging that she brought peace into his life, he said, "She has calmed me down and made me a better man."
As he floated the idea of moving to the beach town, Scott said that his friend can show them some "sick houses."
Sofia, who is 15 years younger than Scott, said unhesitantly that she was ready to take the next important step in their relationship, but added that she had certain conditions. Since she did not want to come off as a pushover, her boyfriend had to let her decorate their space if they were going to move in together.
Dismissing her excitement about adding her own "touches," the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star tells his girlfriend, "You just want big closets." The conversation soon turns into an argument as she counters with, "I would just like some involvement," citing the reason that the house he was living in at present was a very "manly" and felt like a "bachelor pad."
"I had it before I met you," Scott replies, to which Sofia says, "I feel like it would be nice to start over, now that I think about it."
Scott brought the house that he currently stays in 2016 for almost $6 million. In September, he had listed this property for $13 million.
