‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star Scott Disick was spotted in Los Angeles house-hunting with his new girlfriend, model Amelia Gray Hamlin. The couple swung by various mega-mansions around the luxury neighborhood of Holby Hills.
Disick whose net worth is $45 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth made multiple visits in his house hunting tour with Hamlin — the first stop was at a $78 million mansion on the famous South Mapleton Drive, modeled after the Reina Sofia museum in Madrid, Daily Mail reported. The grand mansion consists of seven bedrooms and a three-story guesthouse along with a unique underground theater with windows that open to the underwater view of the pool in the backyard.
The ‘Flip It Like Disick’ maker went to check out an even more lavish mansion in Owlwood Estate nearby which costs around $115 million and comes with nine beds and 10 bathrooms. The opulent mansion stands tall on 10 acres of plot, made of three adjacent lots in the heart of Holmby Hills. Designed by architect Robert D Farquhar in 1936, Owlwood Estate was reportedly previously owned by actor Tony Curtis and singer Cher.
Along with the lush greenery, the mansion also boasts having an Olympic-size swimming pool, pool house, and tennis court, and known to be the largest residence in Los Angeles during the time it was built. Disick has been rumored to be getting serious with Instagram model Hamlin which started as a casual flick, sources claim. A source told Us Weekly at the beginning of the duo’s dating that their relationship is “nothing serious at the moment” and that Disick is “dating around and having fun.”
Disick caught the limelight while starring in ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ and dating Kourtney Kardashian for almost a decade. The couple called it quits in 2015. Disick appeared in multiple TV shows while being with Kourtney. Apart from ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, he was seen in ‘Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami’ and ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York’.
The 37-year-old entrepreneur also had multiple business endeavors including his own clothing brand ‘Talentless’ launched in 2018 which sells comfort wears, such as sweatshirts, T-shirts, and cargo pants plus his own renovation E! reality series, ‘Flip It Like Disick’ in 2019 where he remodels mansions.
Along with being an entrepreneur, Disick also works for GNC which manages multiple business companies of products like QuickTrim, Rejuvacare, and Monte Carlo Perpetual Tan, to name a few. In 2020, Disick also sold a property for $5.6 million in November which he bought for $3.2 million in April 2018.
He renovated the 1.3-acre property in Hidden Hills as part of his show ‘Flip It Like Disick’ and listed the initial price as $7 million.
