The Houston Astros may have been involved in an all-out bench brawl against the Oakland Athletics earlier last week, but they seem to have put that murky encounter on the back burner as they lead the three-game series against the San Francisco Giants 1-0 after a comprehensive 6-4 win on Monday, August 10. Now, they will be gearing up to extend the winning streak as they meet the Giants again on Tuesday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 12. Ahead of their tussle again on Tuesday, here's everything you need to know.

Time

The game is slated to start at 9.10 pm ET/ 6.10 pm PT.

Venue

The Astros will take on the Giants at Minute Maid Park, Houston, Texas.

Where to watch

The tussle can be caught live on NBC Sports Bay Area (available on Fubo TV) for regional broadcast. For national broadcast, ESPN comes in. KNBR 680 AM/104.5 FM is the radio option for those wanting to not miss out on any of the action. For those without cable, a bunch of select MLB games is shown on cable TV networks — TBS, Fox Sports, and ESPN.

How to live stream

At the moment, the best live streaming option readily available is still MLB.TV that comes with a free three-day trial. With the season shortened due to the coronavirus pandemic, the price too has been slashed to $59.99 for access to every team's games, or $49.99 to follow a single team. One subscription gives access to not just the regular season, but also the playoffs and the World Series (via Techradar)

Pre-buzz

With the first game in the Astros pockets, the Giants will be hoping to level the series. The former shrugged off a five-in-a-row loss to beat the Giants and will be looking to hang on to the momentum. Surprisingly, Giants are still the favorites to win the game according to SB Nation's McCovey Chronicles who feel the Giants will make it 2-1. So far, they haven't been proved wrong. As far as the players to watch out for goes on either side, we can watch out for Logan Webb of the Giants and Zack Greinke of the Astros.

Who will win?

Now is the time for the Astros to put their bad string of losses behind and the controversy against Athletics behind. They stunned the Giants and will fancy their chances again. If they do win, this leaves the Giants with a 2-8 record on the road. However, you can't count them out just yet.
