LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sam Asghari is ‘extremely proud’ and ‘excited’ about Britney Spears' upcoming memoir which he has already read.
The actor and fitness trainer, who filed for divorce from the pop star in August, told TMZ on Thursday, October 12, that he has no issues with what she wrote about their 14-month marriage.
Has Sam Asghari already read Britney Spears' much-anticipated memoir?
It seems so, but he is still excited to read it and will be among the first ones to buy a copy.
The Iranian native, when asked if he was "nervous by any chance" about Britney Spears's book coming out in a couple of weeks, replied, "No, I have already read it."
He said that Spears put a lot of work into her book titled 'The Woman in Me' and that it was tough to write.
“I’m definitely excited, and I’m extremely proud of her. It was a very tough one [to write],” he said adding, "I can't wait to read it, I will be the first one in line to read it."
Is Sam Asghari into dating again after Britney Spears' split?
Sam Asghari, 29, also revealed that he is not looking for love right now and is focusing on his career and health.
“I’m putting a lot of work in stunt training and a lot of acting,” he said, adding “I’ve been great.”
Asghari and Spears, 41, tied the knot in June 2022 at her California home after dating for almost six years.
He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup in August.

Britney Spears seems to be enjoying her life
Spears seems to be enjoying her life as a single woman. Page Six reported that she flew to New York City on Wednesday to promote her book.
She had a spontaneous dinner with J Balvin and Maluma at Zero Bond, a private club.
“The guys flagged her down, and she and her group joined them,” our insider said.
“Everyone was in good spirits. Britney was all smiles and so happy to be back in New York for the first time in a while,” the insider added.
