LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ performance at the GOP Debate has either been hailed as a huge victory or has turned into a subject of mockery for its antics.

The race to Presidential Elections in 2024 is in full swing with the first GOP Debate on Fox News garnering all the hype. But despite an underwhelming response to it all, there were a few moments like Ron DeSantis’ lack of emotions on his face, that stood out for the viewers.

A few dedicated netizens who were watching the debate realized a moment where DeSantis gave an answer and then instantly fell silent, grinding his teeth, trying to push a smile on his face.

This incident caught the eye of the trolls who pointed out that DeSantis “can’t even smile properly” and suggested that he take lessons in “how to human.” 

Ron DeSantis made a netizen believe that ‘Aliens are real’

Before the GOP Debate began in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, there was an air of confidence around Ron DeSantis. Many believed that he would trailblaze his way past all his opponents.

Although that didn’t entirely happen. As per the polls, DeSantis was narrowly overshadowed by Vivek Ramaswamy but still managed to leave a slight impact. 

However, the viewers noticed a slight reaction on DeSantis’ face where he appeared to have been grinding his teeth and forcing an eerie smile out. 

This image didn’t sit well with the netizens who took note of the incident and lashed out at DeSantis for his uneasy smile. Even though many DeSantis clips were doing the rounds, this one caught the eye of many.

One viewer tweeted, "Taking another look at the Ron DeSantis clips & all I have to say is, he is unwell.” 

He added, “There is something deeply troubling & concerning about the fact that he can’t even smile properly, his urge to incessantly yell, & his bullying of young people. The man needs to be examined.”

A second said, “Ron DeSantis doing his best to make me think aliens are real.”

A third mentioned, “My God. Ron DeSantis DEFINITELY needs more "How to Human" lessons” while a fourth stated, “incontrovertible proof... comic book villains are real.”

A fifth added, “It's like his CPU had a glitch” as another piled on with, “Lol! Omg! That forced smile is painful to see!”

As per the Washington Post, Ron DeSantis and Vivek Ramaswamy garnered all the attention and came out as the frontrunners who captured the attention of the audiences. 

DeSantis didn’t shy away before critiquing President Joe Biden and also took a hard stand that he would bring US troops to their southern border instead of sending them to Ukraine to fight.

The Governor of Florida is well-known and popular among Republicans and after the debate, his rating seemed to skyrocket despite an average performance as considered by many.
