The British musician, 79, and his wife, 52, traveled to Australia last month to perform at a number of concerts, and according to Woman's Day magazine, the couple used this opportunity to strengthen their marriage.
The couple, who recently traveled to Sydney as part of his tour, is claimed to have just renewed their vows in the presence of their children, niece Raphaella, 18, and nephews Alastair, 17, and Aiden, 12. The couple tied the knot in 2007 and are approaching their 16th wedding anniversary.

They previously renewed their vows for the first time to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in 2017. The "Maggie May" hitmaker even 'spaced out his tour' so his kids could attend the ceremony, the publication claims, as reported by DailyMail.

"There's a very good reason why Rod's insisted he spaces out his tour dates – it's the perfect place and the perfect time to renew their wedding vows.'" the source added. According to the insider, the pair had been considering getting married again for a number of years but had to postpone their preparations until this year.
"Now they can't wait and are using this chance to do something special while here," they continued. The rumors about the vow renewal started after the pair were seen taking a boat out on Sydney Harbor last week. They later dined with Australian television and radio host Richard Wilkins to commemorate their marriage.
