Is Robert Pattinson finally ready to tie the knot with model girlfriend Suki Waterhouse?
Rumors about a Christmas proposal continue to remain unconfirmed as the couple made an appearance in London on Sunday, December 22, evening.
Rumors were doing the rounds that the 'Twilight' star may ask Suki's parents Norman and Elizabeth for their daughter's hand in marriage and will be popping the question this Christmas.
This has led us to believe that they might have already gotten engaged — or at least their latest outing seems to suggest so — and are hiding the update from the rest of the world.
After dinner at a local restaurant, the couple was spotted strolling hand in hand in the Notting Hill area of the city. What fuels the rumors of their engagement further is that Suki's left hand remained strategically hidden under the sleeve of her oversized ski jacket.
The 27-year-old model and actress sported her ski jacket with a pair of skinny jeans, knee-length black boots and a casual baseball cap.
Robert and Suki are known to be private about their relationship — we rarely get to see them making public appearances or revealing information about them.
However, reports now suggest that they are taking their relationship to the next stage as they will be spending the holidays at Suki's family home in West London.
A family friend revealed their holiday plans for the season. "Suki and Robert are a great influence on each other, which is why he is spending Christmas with the Waterhouses."
"Suki encourages him to be more relaxed and Robert keeps her grounded when she's feeling anxious. As they're spending Christmas together, it's the perfect opportunity for him to ask for Suki's hand. Lots of people including her father Norman are hoping that he pops the question."
It was in July last year that Robert and Suki were linked to each other after leaving the show 'Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again' in Notting Hill. The couple has also reportedly gone on double dates with Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn.
The actor, according to reports, has planned a trip to Iceland with his lady-love and is now gearing up for his upcoming movie, 'The Batman'.
