Porn star Riley Reid’s Twitter account hacked by neo-Nazis to spread antisemitism and recruit new minions
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Adult film star Riley Reid's Twitter account was reportedly hijacked by extremist neo-Nazis in an apparent recruitment drive for their racist cause. A follower of the Nazi cult the Injekt Division shared a series of twisted posts on the performer's account over a period of several days earlier this month.
The hacker, who hasn't been identified, reportedly kept the popular porn star's account captive while taking advantage of her massive online fanbase, even calling for the release of a fellow white supremacist who plotted to shoot up a Walmart store. The vile posts mostly targeted adult stars and sex workers and included racist, transphobic, and anti-Semitic remarks.

'I am so embarrassed by this'
“So they are getting all my texts, calls as well as two-factor authorization codes,” Reid told AVN. “The Twitter is horrible because it’s the only social media outlet I have been able to retain and grow for the last 10 years." She added, “It was the one place I always felt safe and now it’s just taken away by some hacker. This person is now posting horrible, hateful, disgusting posts. I am so embarrassed by this and so sorry to anyone else who is affected by this.”
"I encourage anyone who has my number to delete that number. If you call or text it then they will now have your number and it will be compromised. This person is scary and I'm taking as many precautions as possible," the 31-year-old performer stressed. “It’s so scary and I’ve been playing cat and mouse with this hacker since Saturday. It’s only gotten worse but I’m not giving up and I am determined to beat this hacker.”
Neo-Nazis vs. Pornstars
As mentioned, the neo-Nazis who took over Reid's account called for the release of a fellow white supremacist who was jailed for plotting to shoot up a Walmart store. The group also targeted porn stars and sex workers, putting up their logo that features a needle on Reid’s Twitter page. A former member revealed that the needle represents an “extremist alternative to the 12-step program.” The man explained to Vice News, “Hence the syringe logo… Extremism and purpose are the only way to abstain from bad habits."
The extremists laid their philosophy bare during the three days of their takeover. “Men you are leaving a generation of youth to be indoctrinated by Zionists. You can cry about how this interrupts your addiction, but if one person sees the truth then it is worth it," one tweeted. What's more? In a video boasting about the takeover, the neo-Nazis demanded “capital punishment for pornographers” which they believe is a Jewish plot to obliterate Western society.
While Reid has since regained control of her account, Mike Stabile, communications director for the Free Speech Coalition, an adult industry advocacy group, expressed concern about the hack. “The brutal attack on Riley absolutely worries me,” Stabile told Vice News. “It’s violent, it’s aggressive and it’s clear that they delight in her terror. It allows them to hijack a popular account to spread hate — particularly among a community that might be vulnerable to the message," he added.
