Is Rihanna okay? Worried fans wish singer speedy recovery after photo of her with face injury surfaces online
A new photo of Rihanna has surfaced online where the singer-songwriter appears to be bruised and battered. The ‘Umbrella’ hitmaker was in LA most recently, and it seems she got injured in an e-scooter accident.
According to TMZ, the 32-year-old singer showed up at a posh Italian restaurant in Santa Monica in her car where she was trying to lay low. The staff members brought the food and drinks to her kerbside where the paparazzi spotted her with the black eye when she removed her sunglasses between her meals. Her face also appeared a little swollen. Moments after the photo got surfaced, several publications assumed that RiRi got engaged in some kind of physical altercation similar to the 2009 case involving Chris Brown. However, the RnB icon’s rep cleared the air and said that Rihanna was on an e-scooter a few days ago when she flipped over taking injuries to her face and forehead adding that the singer is healing now.
Reacting to the news, Rihanna’s fans took to Twitter to speak on the topic. One user stated, “Omg where did she have the accident? wishing her a speedy recovery.”
