Larsa and Marcus had been rumored to be dating for months but formally announced their relationship on Instagram with a post in front of a floral installation of Michael's jersey. Just four months after Marcus went Instagram official with 'RHOM' star Larsa, his dad is expressed his displeasure.

Is Michael Jordan ok with his son Marcus dating Larsa Pippen?
Michael recently reacted to his son's relationship. The basketball icon was asked by the paparazzi what he thinks about Marcus dating the 'RHOM' star. When the photographer asked whether he approves of the relationship, Michael replied, "No." Larsa was formerly married to Scottie, Michael's longtime teammate on the Chicago Bulls. The two men led the team to six NBA championships in the 1990s, but more recently, Scottie said he thinks Michael was a 'horrible' player. In his 2021 memoir, 'Unguarded,' Scottie also revealed that he was unhappy with the way the team was portrayed in the 2020 docuseries 'The Last Dance.' Meanwhile, Larsa previously shared that she and her boyfriend have been spending time with Michael and his ex-wife Juanita Vanoy, who is Marcus’ mother. Larsa said, "I've recently been hanging out with them, but I don’t really want to talk about them." The reality star added, "I feel like it’s not about, you know, my parents or his parents, they’re all happy; our whole family’s fine."
'MJ said he does not approve this'
Soon after Michael's comment, Larsa's latest post with Marcus was filled with trolls. A social media user wrote, "U went on national tv and lied saying MJ approved of the relationship with his son. MJ was asked do he approve and he said NO. A STRONG NO at tht. As if he wanted to say HELL NO." Another follower added, "Ooooh Daddy don't approve." Another user commented, "MJ said he does not approve this. @heirmj523 Marcus is about to get taken out of the will lol." Another critic said, "Daddy Jordan doesn’t approve." Another person suggested, "Plz stop. MJ doesn’t approve."
