'Part of me is waiting for you': RHOM's Dr Nicole Martin mourns dad Miguel's death and things left 'unsaid'
MIAMI, FLORIDA: Dr Nicole Martin shared a personal loss with her fans.
On Sunday, November 19, the 'Real Housewives of Miami' star took to her Instagram page to announce the heartbreaking news of her father Miguel's death.
She started by writing, "I haven’t been able to find the words and still can’t. Everything happened so fast and it still doesn’t seem real."
Martin further added, "Part of me is still waiting for one of your crazy phone calls. So many things left unsaid and moments we didn’t share."

She concluded, "Trying not to dwell on the missed moments and focusing on the improvements we made. You had a zest for life and I know you’re having a party up in heaven. Rest in peace dad. Love you. 🙏❤️."
'RHOM' star Dr Nicole Martin recalls childhood troubles
The Bravo star reportedly had a tough childhood as her father Miguel left her and her family after some legal troubles.
Nicole and her siblings were raised by their mother. She considers her mother 'a hero' as she learned to stand back up on her feet from her after her father left them.
As per Martin's bio onBravo's official website, "Her mother, who was previously a stay-at-home mom dedicated to her children, found herself searching for a job to support two kids and a household for the first time in 20 years."
It further read, "This humbling experience drastically affected the lives of everyone involved, but Nicole’s mother handled these major struggles with nothing but grace and a huge smile.”
Dr Nicole Martin credits 'RHOM' for mending relationship with her father
In the latest season of the show 'RHOM', Nicole stated that she was trying to mend her relationship with her father.
During an episode of 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' which aired in March 2023, Nicole spoke about her complex relationship with her father Miguel.
Then, Nicole said, “I feel like it was an elephant in the room for years, and because of the show, we kind of had to face that our relationship wasn’t ideal and we had to talk about things and we ultimately ended up in therapy, and I don’t think I would have done that if I hadn’t been nudged.”
Dr Nicole Martin announces her second pregnancy
On November 2, the reality TV star announced that she was expecting her second baby with her fiance Anthony Lopez.
The pair's little bundle of joy is due in April 2024.
The couple, who got engaged in the year 2021 already share a 4-year-old son named Greyson.
During an interview with People magazine, Nicole mentioned that she and her fiance Lopez were "over the moon" about expanding their family.
The pregnant star also stated that her son is very excited about having a little brother or a sister.
She told the publication, "Oh, he is very excited about the addition to our family. He has been asking for a sibling for quite some time, and I know he's going to be a wonderful big brother."
