Does Sabrina Burkholder have custody of their children?

Burkholder recently welcomed her sixth child, Aro Reno, in February. Viewers witnessed her battle with addiction and to retain custody of her children in previous seasons of 'Return To Amish'. This has raised the question of whether she has the children now or not. Due to her addiction, she lost custody of Ariana in 2015. Jeremiah Raber and Burkholder got into a fight during the episode after Raber said that she chose heroin over her children. A year later, Burkholder's friend had a heart attack in her car while Oakley was seated in the back seat and she lost custody of her oldest daughter. However, after her split with Jethro, she still has custody of her four other children.

Sabrina Burkholder and Jethro Nolt split after five years

After dating for more than five years, Burkholder and Jethro broke up, in August 2022. They had been in an on-again off-again relationship, as viewers saw in Season 6. The two are now concentrating on co-parenting their children. She had previously opened up about her relationship with her ex, stating that they had been friends for a "long period" before dating. The couple's relationship was anything but easy because they both battled substance abuse problems, which caused Burkholder to nearly die from a heroin overdose in 2018. However, it seemed that for a while, they had overcome their differences as the pair welcomed their third child together but this relationship was just not meant to be.

'Return to Amish' premieres on TLC on Tuesday, March 14, at 10 pm ET/PT.
