Rebel Wilson almost dated a 'legit criminal' but her 'Pitch Perfect' co-stars saved her
NEW TORK CITY, NEW YORK: Rebel Wilson spoke about her past relationships before she met Ramona Agruma. The 43-year-old Australian actress recently revealed in an interview that her 'Pitch Perfect' co-stars "saved" her from dating a person she believed was a "criminal."
"I did go out with one guy I nicknamed 'The Criminal'. I think he was like a legit criminal. Basically the 'Pitch Perfect' girls saved me from that one," the Hollywood star told Jordana Abraham and Jared Freid on the 'U Up?' podcast on Wednesday, March 29.

Did Rebel Wilson date a 'criminal?'
Wilson said that the girls from the 'Pitch Perfect' had "found some s**t" online and had warned her to stay away from the man she had encountered on a set. They started to wonder when he agreed to travel to New York City for a weekend getaway with her but would not give her his flight information so she could pick him up.
The man eventually responded when Wilson insisted that he gave her an explanation. He said he was "under investigation" and unable to travel across state lines. She claimed that she ultimately let the man go "easy" out of concern that he might harm her, but she insisted that "it was only a little, casual thing, so I didn't get too deep into that situation."

Wilson admitted the that her past relationships weren't as great as her current one with Agruma. She said that before meeting her fiancee, a famous woman "dumped" her. She would not identify the woman, despite the fact that she was "in the public eye," out of "respect" for her privacy, but she did say that she thought back on their time together with nostalgia. "I met a woman and had, like, feelings for her, which totally came as a blindside. It wasn't what I was expecting," she said. Despite the fact that the relationship "didn't end up going anywhere" and she eventually "got dumped," the comedian claimed it "opened her heart up for a same-sex" romance because immediately after, she found her happily ever after with Agruma.
