Is Madison Channing Walls homeless?

It was a shock for fans of MTV star Madison when news broke that she had been arrested on for allegedly assaulting a family member. The arrest came just a month after Madison had reached out to her Instagram followers in a now-deleted post, asking for donations to a GoFundMe page that she had created. The page was aimed at helping her purchase a home for herself and her daughter. In the social media post, which has also been deleted, Madison expressed her desperation for a home of her own, saying that she was seriously humbling herself by asking for help. She revealed that she was no longer living with her parents and that she had been forced to leave her home for personal reasons involving her family. Madison added that she was fortunate to have a friend who had allowed her to crash on her couch, but that she was in urgent need of a home of her own.

Madison had also explained that having a home was the first step towards regaining custodial guardianship of her daughter, who was currently living with her parents. She had set a goal of $10,000 for her GoFundMe page but had received no donations before it was deleted. In the post, Madison expressed her hope that the money would help her avoid struggling to pay for an apartment and would allow her to achieve her goal of becoming the mother that she and Harper both wanted her to be. The fact that Madison's GoFundMe page and social media posts have been deleted only adds to the mystery surrounding her current situation.

Why did Madison Channing Walls get arrested?

The incident took place at her parent's house, where she was residing with her daughter. The details of the happening are outlined in the incident report which states that officers were called to a physical disturbance at the home. According to the report, the family member who was involved in the altercation informed the officer that Madison had reportedly struck them "on the left side of the jaw and scratched the right arm after the two of them were in a verbal argument.” The altercation allegedly occurred when Madison became upset that the family member had "cut off her phone service," as per The Sun.

Madison was reportedly "yelling from the upstairs area," while another family member was trying to put her daughter, Harper, to sleep. The report further stated that the alleged victim had "blocked" the door to Harper's room to prevent Madison from entering. However, Madison struck the family member in the face and on the forearm causing pain and bleeding. The officer who arrived on the scene reportedly observed "redness" on the family member's face and "several scratches" on their forearm. Madison admitted to the authorities that she had struck the family member and the family member wished to press charges. As a result, Madison was arrested.

This arrest comes just a month after Madison posted a plea on Instagram for her followers to donate to her GoFundMe page to help her purchase a home. The post has since been deleted along with the GoFundMe page, however, the plea was reportedly for help in providing a home for herself and her daughter Harper. Madison was held on a $2,500 bond and was bailed out on Saturday, March 29. A relative filed an emergency protective order against her, and Madison was ordered to stay 200 feet away from the family member on March 28. She has been scheduled to appear in court in May.
