Raquel Leviss and Scheana Shay film 'Vanderpump Rules' reunion separately amid restraining order
WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA: Bravo has had to navigate unpleasant legal battles between cast members to film reunion scenes in the past, as some members of 'The Real Housewives' community like to send cease-and-desist letters. But never before has one cast member obtained a restraining order against another, as is the case with the 'Vanderpump Rules' stars.
Raquel Leviss filed a restraining order against Scheana Shay on March 8, which was granted by a judge, jeopardizing the March 23 filming of the 'Vanderpump Rules' reunion. Raquel claimed that Scheana physically assaulted her over 'Scandoval.' However, Scheana has denied the allegations through her lawyer, who said, "Scheana never punched Raquel, period." Now it seems that another consequence of 'Scandoval' is that Raquel and Scheana will film the reunion at different times and abide by the restraining order.

Raquel Leviss to evade Scheana Shay's wrath by filming separately
Despite the restraining order, Raquel declared on her Instagram stories, "Yes, I will be attending the reunion tomorrow in person." Shay's lawyer, who still insists on calling Raquel "Rachel," issued a statement saying, "Scheana will be present at today's filming in person. Scheana intends to follow the law, but she wants to be part of the reunion. If Rachel attends, Scheana and Vanderpump Rules will make sure that Scheana remains 100 yards away to comply with the restraining order."
So at the 'Vanderpump Rules' reunion, which will be held Thursday, March 23, in Los Angeles and hosted by Bravo personality Andy Cohen, the entire cast will be present, but Raquel and Scheana will switch places. Since the restraining order is still in effect, they will have to switch positions throughout the day, with one being on set with Cohen and the rest of the cast and the other watching from afar from another location in the building, but they will not be together during the shoot. It certainly makes for an interesting shoot.
Andy Cohen claims 'Vanderpump Rules' reunion will still 'deliver'
This restraining order has made things much more difficult for Cohen and the entire cast. Although Cohen is used to it, having spent the last 20 years in reality TV, complete with a talk show where celebrities tell him their darkest secrets, he will certainly have to be careful with this new drama. Despite all the controversy and feuding, Cohen has been promising for weeks that he and the cast will "deliver" a fantastic reunion.
The new episodes of 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 10 premiere every Wednesday at 9.pm ET on Bravo.
