Rapper Yung Miami, who is expecting her first child with her boyfriend and producer Southside, was reportedly shot at 14 times in a drive-by shooting in Miami, Florida, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The City Girls rapper was unharmed after an assailant fired at her vehicle.

A clip from the scene of the incident also emerged on social media, which showed the rapper trying to explain to the officers what happened.

In the clip, she can be heard telling the officers that she did not see the shooters because they had their lights off.

She adds that the shots were fired from behind her vehicle and the bullets struck where the spare tire is kept. "They just started shooting. They had their lights off so I never saw them like whoever it was they kept their lights off. I don’t know where they came from. It came from behind. The shots came from behind. They started from behind because when I got to the stop sign I was like ‘Oh s**t somebody’s shooting,” the rapper told the police.

It is not yet clear whether the assailants particularly intended to make Yung Miami their target.
