HIDDEN HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Iggy Azalea, who had promised not to join an adult content creators website earlier, now appears to be relishing her popularity with the launch of her OnlyFans page. She made the first announcement by posting a video of herself striking several sexy poses in bed on Friday, January 13.

According to multiple reports, the Australian hip-hop artist made a staggering sum on the adult-only platform in a single evening. The 'Black Widow' hitmaker earned $307,000 in her first 24 hours on OnlyFans on Monday, January 16.

"SURPRISE! I'm dropping a mixed media project called 'Hotter Than Hell'," Iggy wrote in the caption of the footage, announcing the launch. Iggy announced that the subscription for her OnlyFans account will cost $25 per month and will give the subscribers exclusive access to the 'Hotter Than Hell' content which is set to last till the end of December 2023.

Less than two years ago, Iggy said that she would never join the adult platform, in an interview with Variety. Since then, it seems like the rapper has had a change of heart. She said in a statement that working with OnlyFans lets her avoid the "overwhelming and creatively limiting censorship" of other digital platforms. Iggy recently has promised to release content that is "unapologetically hot" and rooted in "creative, colorful, tongue-in-cheek fun."

"Admittedly, I never knew OnlyFans was a place where I could be creative, so I didn’t expect to be collaborating with them on my biggest project to date!" Iggy said. "Once I looked beyond the surface-level chatter about what it means to have an OnlyFans, I realized it was the perfect platform to launch a multimedia concept on. I feel excited about not having to worry about the overwhelming and creatively limiting censorship artists have to navigate when sharing work on other digital platforms. The project is bold and fun — so is this collaboration — I think it’s going to surprise a lot of people," as per Variety.

However, reactions from the Internet have been rather mixed. While some expressed their excitement over the news, others chose to troll her for it. A fan on Twitter said, "She’s getting a bag, you can’t hate on this." "If you paid for this you’re a b*m," another said. One user said, "Rich people getting richer off poor people again." A fourth user tweeted, "I know she regretting wasting her time on music."
