Iggy Azalea makes whooping $307K from 'Hotter Than Hell x OnlyFans' collab in 24 hours despite backlash

Less than two years ago, Iggy said that she would never join the adult platform, in an interview with Variety. Since then, it seems like the rapper has had a change of heart. She said in a statement that working with OnlyFans lets her avoid the "overwhelming and creatively limiting censorship" of other digital platforms. Iggy recently has promised to release content that is "unapologetically hot" and rooted in "creative, colorful, tongue-in-cheek fun."
"Admittedly, I never knew OnlyFans was a place where I could be creative, so I didn’t expect to be collaborating with them on my biggest project to date!" Iggy said. "Once I looked beyond the surface-level chatter about what it means to have an OnlyFans, I realized it was the perfect platform to launch a multimedia concept on. I feel excited about not having to worry about the overwhelming and creatively limiting censorship artists have to navigate when sharing work on other digital platforms. The project is bold and fun — so is this collaboration — I think it’s going to surprise a lot of people," as per Variety.
However, reactions from the Internet have been rather mixed. While some expressed their excitement over the news, others chose to troll her for it. A fan on Twitter said, "She’s getting a bag, you can’t hate on this." "If you paid for this you’re a b*m," another said. One user said, "Rich people getting richer off poor people again." A fourth user tweeted, "I know she regretting wasting her time on music."
