Kathryn Dennis joins OnlyFans after 'Southern Charm' exit, says 'wings grow strong once the cage is gone'
CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: 'Southern Charm' alum Kathryn Dennis wrote on her OnlyFans bio, "Wings grow strong once the cage is gone" after she was reportedly demoted from the hit Bravo Show. "I am [Southern Charm]," Kathryn was found writing on Instagram, featuring a link to her OnlyFans homepage. Apparently, Kathryn will still appear as a guest star on the reality series throughout Season 9, which began filming in January 2023.
"You probably know me from Southern Charm on Bravo but you don’t know the real me—at least not yet," the reality star wrote as her introduction. "I’ve been on tv since I was 21 and just turned 31! Now that I have a place where I can be free to be all of me and take reign of my 30’s, I’m super excited to be able to express myself in ways that I haven’t been able to over the last 10 years."

A link to Kathryn’s OnlyFans account shows she is currently charging $14.99 per month for a subscription. She has only shared four posts so far, including a picture and a video of her Nashville travel diaries. She was also found saying in another post, "I had fun as a blonde but I’ve had way more as a redhead. What do you think?? Red or blonde?? Or both?”
Kathryn only appeared as a guest star in Season 1 of Southern Charm, but she was promoted to a full-time cast member in Season 2 after it was revealed that she and Thomas Ravenel welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Kensie, in March 2014.
Spending 10 years of her life on ’Southern Charm,’ some fans are left disappointed as they voiced their opinions about the casting shakeup, complaining about how she served as one of the main story drivers and brought the main gist of drama and excitement in the show. "Kathryn helped make SC, she was treated terribly by some cast members who aren’t on the show anymore, she deserves to be treated well," wrote one fan on Instagram.
“When you treat people poorly like she has, they finally get sick of it,” an insider was found saying. “She doesn’t show up on time or show up at all during filming a lot … She treats people like they are beneath her. She can’t stand anyone doing better or getting more attention than her.”
Kathryn’s reduced role comes just days after an insider reportedly told The US Sun that Kathryn had lost her role on the show due to her ongoing no-shows and poor treatment of the series’ staff. Kathryn confirmed her exit from the show as a ‘full-time’ participant on January 11. Fans are left speculating and waiting for her ‘guest appearance’ in the Season 9 of the reality show, which began filming this January. Let’s see how much screen time Kathryn gets this season, and what will be the future of the reality show.
