According to the report, Emmett exploited many women falsely promising them that he would give them work and help them excel in their careers in Hollywood. One such woman,23, claimed that she was used for almost three years by the 51-year-old where she allegedly massaged him, performed oral sex, was digitally penetrated and posed naked in his office while he masturbated. She explained that while she did get work in some movies which Randall produced, she continued with this process as she didn't want to upset an important producer in the industry. It's even reported that she later signed a $200,000 settlement agreement. Emmett, through his spokeswoman, Sallie Hofmeister, has denied all the allegations claims Page Six. “This stems from one allegation dating back from 2012 that Randall denies," she stated.

The woman, represented by attorney Gloria Allred, claimed in a letter obtained by the LA Times that Emmett once told her when she was just 23 “that to receive acting work from [him], she would have to perform sexual favors.” The woman reportedly once inquired via text about whether she made the audition to which Emmett allegedly replied, “Yes. one day of work and u need to f—kme [sic] hun.” The aspiring actress chose to remain anonymous. The LA Times also revealed that Emmett reached a settlement agreement on Jan 2 with Allred’s client for $200,000 to be paid over the course of two years, to which Hofmeister reiterates, “Randall staunchly denies the allegations dating back to 2012.”
Another woman claimed the “Irishman” producer DMed her on Instagram and sent her “unsolicited” messages in early 2022. The 30-year-old, who is based in Las Vegas, claimed in a declaration filed in Emmett’s custody proceeding that he asked her to “f—k on the dl,” meaning “down low,” and to “do heroin and meth,” according to the report.
Randall was further exposed by his ex-fiancee Lala, known for 'Vanderpump Rules', who claimed that the producer got violent when she tried to check his phone. The reality star, 31, also alleged to the LA Times that Emmett “tackled” and “knocked” her to the ground amid claims he had cheated. Apart from this, the Times also interviewed some of his former associates who just couldn't find nice words to say about him. The range of allegations included asking them to transport drugs, pay women, and more. His former assistant Martin G’Blae said, "Randall was different from being just a mean boss. He made people do dangerous things — and illegal things. You had to be his punching bag — and his mule." G'Blae claims that he is yet to be paid fully for his time as Randall's assistant.
A third woman, who also chose to remain anonymous, shared with the LA Times that in 2014, he approached her in his Rolls-Royce as she was leaving a bar and allegedly said to her, “I’m not a creep, I promise. I’m a movie producer, you can Google me — please Google me.” Emmett denied the incident occurred. The LA Times claims it published the piece based on hundreds of court filings, internal company records and interviews with dozens of former associates who corroborated that Emmett, faces a mountain of debt, lawsuits and abuse allegations.
