True love blooms: How do Queen Charlotte and King George express their love?

When Queen Charlotte pulls King George from the ***ed-up treatment, the King finds himself in a better position. While he is having his meal, he tries to push Charlotte away from himself due to his illness. Luckily, Queen Charlotte fights with him for their love, and they both end up confessing their love to each other. Since the couple is living together, the entire episode is showered with cuddly and mushy love between the two. Queen Charlotte was seen supporting her husband on the day when the King had to give a speech; however, he freezes and hides under the bed. 'You and me'
