SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Controversial YouTuber Quantum TV was recently arrested. His arrest understandably drew a lot of attention among the online community. The current arrest fiasco began on Monday, April 24, when a Twitter user posted a screenshot of a public record showing Quantum TV's arrest. The tweet read, "Quantum TV ARRESTED APRIL 14, 2023 FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, yes has been verified through public record"

Why Quantum TV got arrested?

An unknown woman has accused Quantum TV, a well-known figure in the entertainment sector, of physically abusing her and stopping her from calling the police. He is also accused of trying to transfer money from the victim's bank account without her permission.

The woman reportedly had her hand lacerated as a result of the attack. Although the incident's specifics are yet unknown, law enforcement officials have taken the accusations seriously. The incident raises major questions about how women are treated in the entertainment industry. There is also the concerning possibility of the misuse of power and influence by well-known figures like Quantum TV in their private dealings.

Meanwhile on his popular YouTube video, things seems to be 'normal' with a video posted recently on April 26 (14 hours before this article was published). The title of the video was 'You don't always need a bigger tv'. This means that Quantum TV already had a line up of videos ready to air and they are being released as per schedule by his team or the YouTuber is out on bail. He has not however released any video addressing his arrest.

What are the charges he is facing?

According to the Twitter post, the person has been accused of several charges — from fraud to embezzlement, according to the tweet and reports. The tweet also indicates that a bail sum of $500 has been set for the YouTuber's release, though the specifics of the case have not yet been made public.

It is suspected that the YouTuber has been involved in fraudulent operations for a considerable amount of time. In order to obtain their release from custody, the YouTuber will have to pay $500, PKB NEWS reported. Whether the defendant has posted bail or is now being held without charge is unknown. Millions of visitors from all over the world have viewed the YouTuber's videos, and he had developed a sizable following on the site.
