Jonathan Scott has a sweet message for Zooey Deschanel on her 40th birthday: 'You brought joy and laughter back'
Zooey Deschanel has turned 40 and the actress is celebrating every part of it. Taking to Instagram, her boyfriend, Jonathan Scott, wished her a happy birthday. The 'Property Brothers' star shared a picture of Zooey in which the actress was dressed in a pink dress and holding a pink balloon.
He captioned the image as, "Happy Birthday to the beautiful human who brought joy & laughter back into my life."
Zooey also celebrated her birthday by sharing a picture of herself as she is surrounded by decorations. "Today I am celebrating 40 years of being on this planet! Life is wonderful and I am so grateful for all the amazing people in mine. Thank you for all the birthday wishes, my heart is full," she wrote alongside a picture where she is beaming with happiness.
The pair confirmed their relationship in September when they were seen holding hands. Since then, the couple has taken to their social media to update their fans about the status of their relationship.
Recently, Zooey took to social media to share with her fans how she celebrated her New Year. Not surprisingly, it was with her new beau, Jonathan. She posted a picture in which the pair embraced each other with a hug and wrote, "A truly Happy New Year with my sweetie!" Looking at the image Jonathan could not help himself but comment as he wrote, "Verified New Years Resolution...continue being the kinda fella you deserve."
Looking at how the couple interacts with each other, the fans could not stop gushing about them. "Awwwwww! You guys are so cute together! I wish you all the happiness in the world!" wrote one fan.
