Doom Patrol

Doom Patrol is the story about a bunch of misfit superheroes, who are all taken under wing by a suave Niles Caulder aka The Chief. While this may sound like your usual tried and tested superhero schtick, all the superheroes of the Doom Patrol team never wanted to be superheroes in the first place. In fact, a majority of them had pretty cushy lives before the ?horrible accidents? (yes, this may sound familiar too). The series chronicles the lives of these heroes as strangers living under one roof, just like Big Brother, but with the characters actually being useful. Doom patrol is based on DC?s comic of the same name, and the writers decided to stick to the original costumes for the heroes, which may sound gaudy, but DC found a way to make it work!
