Prince William loves to chow down on Nando's Chicken
Not only does he enjoy cooking chicken for dinner at home, but Prince William recently revealed that he's a big fan of Nando's chicken as well!
Prince William recently attended the Next Generation Impact Entrepreneurs Forum where he shared his love for the spicy chicken at Nando's. The royal was introduced to the Mozambique-Portuguese-inspired fast food chain by one of his protection officers.
Nando's has several outlets across the world, including countries like the US as well as India. The fast food chain is most famously known for its famous peri-peri chicken, made with African Bird’s Eye chili peppers.
The royal dad told the founder of Nando's, Robert Brozin, that he was only recently introduced to the spicy chicken at his world-famous restaurant. Referring to his police protection officer, Prince William said "This man here is your biggest fan, he’s introduced me to Nando's. It’s very good."
Nando's in a very popular restaurant in the UK. The royal joked that his protection officer loved Nando's so much that "he should buy a stake in Nando’s."
When Prince William revealed his love for the fast food restaurant, company founder Robert Brozin wasn't taken by surprise. "I'm not surprised he’s eaten at Nando's," said the founder, "The beauty of Prince Harry and Prince William is that they're really accessible and they are guys that go out a lot. I'm very happy that they've tried it."
This isn't the first time we've heard of the royals loving their fast food. Prince William and Prince Harry have a soft spot for fast food, especially McDonald's. Prince William should have Popeyes on his list, too! The biscuit and gravy you get there is absolutely delicious.
