Princes Harry and William reportedly waiting for each other's apology before ending feud
WINDSOR, ENGLAND: According to one of the Sussexes favorite journalists, Meghan and Harry haven't spoken to William and Kate despite spending the day at Frogmore Cottage, which is only 700 yards away, because they want the Cambridges to take "accountability for crossing a line."
Meghan and Harry arrived in Britain on Saturday, September 3, and have set up residence at Frogmore Cottage, a home close by Adelaide Cottage, where the future king William and his family moved this month. Journalist Omid Scobie claims that even though Harry and William have seen each other twice in the past year, they have only exchanged "polite hellos" and "little else" rather than trying to work out their differences, according to his column in Yahoo.

On Monday, September 5, Meghan and Harry set out for Manchester for the One Young World Summit, where the Duchess of Sussex gave her first speech in front of an audience after she retired from active royal duty in 2020. 'The One Year To Go' countdown event for the Invictus Games 2023 was then set to begin on Tuesday, so she and Harry flew off to Dusseldorf.
“You are the ones driving the positive and necessary change across the globe now, in this very moment,” Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex told @OneYoungWorld delegates from over 200 countries. “You are the future, you are the present.” pic.twitter.com/ufQBXkDeu6

Mr Scobie claims that Harry feels William "turned his back when support was needed," despite the fact that William is still waiting for his younger brother to apologize for Megxit and the transatlantic "truth bombs" he and Meghan have dropped on numerous US TV and magazine interviews.
"People are desperate for steps to be taken, but there hasn't been movement behind the scenes," a family friend told Mr Scobie."Accountability is what [Harry] is waiting for...William had crossed many boundaries. He was at the center of a number of upsetting incidents, whether it was his own staff's behavior or his turning away when help was required. It was a dark time and one that, so far, William has been unprepared to unpack."
The same friend claims that Prince William is "still waiting" for an apology for Harry's decision to discuss personal Royal Family matters in public, which has resulted in the impasse. "When you look at the bare facts, it becomes obvious why it is pretty much the same state of affairs as years ago," he continued in his Yahoo column.
Also, Harry's biographer, Angela Levin, told the Sun that William already has trust issues as a result of his brother and sister-in-earlier law's bombshell interviews and is concerned that any conversations they have will be used against him in some way. According to Levin, "They have lost their chance of being trusted because there is a chance they will use any conversation."
Because of the trust issues, she said, it is unlikely that William and his wife, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, will want to meet the couple before the publication of Harry's memoir and its anticipated bombshells. "I think it’s likely that Catherine and William will try to avoid any contact with Harry and Meghan until they know the contents of Harry’s memoirs and their Netflix documentary", she said.
