Prince Harry undergoes cryotherapy treatment before the royal wedding
With the royal wedding just around the corner, 33-year-old Prince Harry has been undergoing cryotherapy treatment at his Kensington gym.
Cryotherapy involves plunging into chilly and freezing temperatures of -85 degrees Celsius for three minutes to help relieve muscle pain and swellings.
It is also believed that this form of extreme therapy leaves you feeling happier and relaxed. It is also said to make your skin glow and helps you feel stronger.
As reported by the DailyStar, Prince Harry is going for the treatment and is spending around £600 plus a month at the gym.
"Harry is a regular at the gym, he’s discreet and incognito and the only thing that gives his presence away is the huge burly bodyguards who flank him and follow his every move," a source shared.
"Other than that you’ll find him just getting on with it. He’s in and out without any fuss whatsoever," the source continued.
In the past couple of weeks, Prince Harry has also been stepping up his fitness routine and has even employed a personal trainer for three-weekly sessions in preparation for the big event on May 19. He has also been encouraged by his fiance Meghan Markle to embrace a healthier and better lifestyle.
With his new health routine in place, Prince Harry has reportedly shed half a stone in weight, has quit smoking, and has even been cutting down on alcohol.
As reported by The Sun, a source said, "Meghan has completely changed Harry’s diet. She’s got him juicing and he has lost at least half a stone, which is a lot for someone as skinny as he is. They have bought a top-of-the-range juicer and she has him on fruit and veg smoothies. She’s also weaning him off meat."
Meghan too has been getting ready for the big day and is under the care of Nicholas Joss who recently launched a bespoke £120 facial. The facial includes the cost of an add-on treatment, which includes a lymphatic drainage using ice-cold facial rollers, a hydrating gel sheet-mask to plump the skin and a skin-smoothing enzyme peel.
