New Song, New Stage: Jonas Brothers appear at 2023 NFL Draft broadcast on ABC, leave fans scratching their heads
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: The Jonas Brothers made an appearance at the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City on April 27. The band announced on Twitter that they would perform on draught night to kick off the celebrations and premiere their new track 'Celebrate'.
But, why are the Jonas Brothers on the NFL Draught board in 2023? That's the question many people are asking on social media after the Grammy-nominated Jonas brothers, Joe, Kevin, and Nick Jonas, joined the ESPN "College GameDay" crew for an interview on April 28 night's ABC broadcast.

“Who [the f**k] invited the Jonas brothers??? Strange #NFLDraft," one Twitter user said. Another then added, “The ‘GameDay’ guys and the Jonas Brothers are a weird combo.” One user even mocked ESPN, saying, "For the latest on the #NFLDraft, let's go to the Jonas brothers."
While some were surprised to see former Kentucky quarterback Will Levis slip down the draft board, others were surprised to see the Jonas Brothers selected to appear in the draft. However, the brothers' presence in Kansas City for the big night wasn't exactly a surprise.
The Jonas Brothers' performance
The Jonas Brothers, who have been touring in support of their sixth studio album, ‘The Album’, revealed on ‘Good Morning America’ Monday that they will be joining Rece Davis and 'College GameDay’ commentators Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard for the ABC primetime show.
During the final concert, the band performed an unreleased song called ‘Celebrate’. The New Jersey residents stated that they are Giants fans and are looking forward to seeing who New York chooses with the No. 25 overall selection. After the Giants traded up one position, it turned out to be Maryland cornerback Deonte Banks. ‘The Album’ will be released on May 12. In August, a world tour will begin, including two performances at Yankee Stadium.
