Multiple Grammy winner Pink received her star on Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, and the singer along with her ecstatic family were present for the big occasion.
Apart from her husband Carey Hart and their two adorable children — 7-year-old Willow Sage and 2-year-old Jameson Moon — Pink was also joined by Ellen DeGeneres.
Pink, real name Alecia Beth Moore, looked stunning as she sported a low cut dress which featured a black top and a pink tulle skirt along with a pink flower attached to the waistline.
She finished off the look with a black coat with ruffles on the arms given it was raining on and off in Hollywood. Pink also sported a pair of fishnet stockings and red platform heels which had a T strap in the front.
She was seen posing proudly by her star which had a red carpet around accompanied by her husband their two children. Pink's star is the 2,656th Walk of Fame star and is located in front of the Hollywood & Highland Complex in Hollywood.
"This is surreal. This is really … I feel like I’m dreaming and if anyone pinches me I’m going to punch them in the left eyebrow. I feel like a lot of people probably only ever thought I’d make it to the walk of shame, but, here I am. Two little letters make such a big difference. It has been a trip lately thinking back over the course of this career I’ve somehow managed to have. Today, for me, is a celebration of something that my dad taught me, and that is, ‘To thine own self be true'," Pink said at the ceremony.
She also thanked her family, saying it wouoldn't have been possible without them.
"And my husband, He’s so cute, he’s my muse and if he didn’t piss me off so much, I’d not have a lot to say, thank you. I literally wouldn’t be standing up here if it weren’t for you, so don’t change. To my children, Willow Sage and Jameson Moon, you guys are my stars and I would never shine without you. Everybody, thanks, I love you!"
DeGeneres and actress Kerri Kenney-Silver also shared their thoughts on the occasion.
Pink's proud husband Carey took to social media to share a picture of the event along with the caption, "Such a cool experience watching wifey get her star on Hollywood walk. Proud of you baby."
Producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame Ana Martinez shared, "We are thrilled to honor one of the world’s most popular entertainers P!NK! She is a unique performer who leaves you in a state of joy and surprise at the same time. She mesmerizes the audience with her voice and her action-packed performances."
"Fans worldwide will join us in droves in Hollywood to see her honored on her special Walk of Fame day," she continued.
Pink was born in Pennsylvania and launched her career when she was a member of the girl group Choice who got signed with LaFace Records in 1995. Now, the 'Raise Your Glass' singer has won three Grammy Awards, one Daytime Emmy Award, three Billboard Music Awards, seven MTV Video Music Awards, including the 2017 Michael Jackson Vanguard Award recipient.
