Piers Morgan admitted that he is fearful that POTUS Donald Trump could ban him from visiting the US after ridiculing him over his comments on coronavirus.

The 55-year-old 'Good Morning Britain' host had been left rather upset when his former friend Trump recently unfollowed him on Twitter post-Morgan's article slamming Trump and calling out his 'batsh*t' coronavirus cure theory.

Morgan had called out Trump over his comments regarding injecting disinfectants to cure the deadly coronavirus that has gripped the world. The president had made the remark about disinfectants during a press conference on Thursday, April 23, when he seemed to suggest that coronavirus could be cured by using UV light inside the body and by injecting disinfectants.

While appearing on a recent episode of GMB, Morgan spoke about his visa to America and said, "My visa for America, I'm actually classified officially as an exceptional alien - that is the exact description. So every time I go through customs there and I do my little global entry thing, up it comes - alien. That's the actual classification!"

When asked by his co-host whether Trump had stopped him from going to America, Morgan said, "he might."

"He might see me as an unexceptional alien the way things are going and I might be barred entry," Morgan revealed.

During a briefing on April 23, Trump had said, "And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or, or almost a cleaning? Because you see it gets on the lungs and it does a tremendous number, so it will be interesting to check that. So that you're going to have to use medical doctors."

"But it sounds, it sounds interesting to me. So we'll see. But the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute, that's, that's pretty powerful." His bizarre comments drew massive outrage and backlash across social media platforms.

Morgan had also written about it in his column for the Daily Mail, saying, "By far the most reckless and dangerous thing President Trump has done is use the most powerful podium on earth to air his batsh-- crazy theories about how to beat the virus."

"It's hard to imagine a more stupid thing for a President to say than publicly float a completely unsubstantiated 'idea' like that which will inevitably make some Americans believe having bleach inside them will cure the virus."

Trump was also slammed by celebrities like Howard Stern who said that Trump should consider resigning and added that his supporters should consume disinfectant and 'drop dead'. While speaking on his radio show, Sirius XM, Stern shared, "Boy, oh boy, I got to tell my buddy Donald Trump, Jesus Christ resign from the presidency. Do the world a favor."

"You don’t want to be president. Go work at Mar-a-Lago. Have a nice rest of your life. This guy is out of his f-cking mind. I don’t know what Donald is doing. I mean, when he holds a press conference, it’s like you go oh f-ck," Stern shared.
