Piers Morgan has gone after Elizabeth Hurley after she posted a topless photo that was allegedly taken by her 18-year-old son. The 'Good Morning Britain' host said the snap was very weird and asked what the 55-year-old actress was thinking while having her child take it.

Discussing the photo on GMB, Morgan, who is also 55, said Hurley should put some clothes on because she was in her 50s. "Yeah, she looks fabulous, but what are you doing Liz? A bit of snow and you get your kit off," he said. "And who took the pictures? Your 19-year-old son, you said, took the pictures? Isn't that a bit creepy? What is all this! It's what we call in the business 'thirsty and a bit creepy.'"

Co-host Susanna Reid, however, accused Morgan of being rather hypocritical. "You can't accuse other people of being thirsty when you're on national television and you have at least two columns and you're on every single podcast," she said. But Piers retorted saying she had misunderstood what he meant by "thirsty." "It means thirsty of attention!" Susanna interrupted.

"No, no, no. They're thirsty for me!" Morgan responded. "You can think two things when you look at it — one, she looks great. Which she does. But also, 55? Getting your 19-year-old son to take pictures of you stripping off in the snow?" Nonetheless, Susanna continued to support Hurley saying she could do what she wanted with her body. "Sorry. After women go over 50 are they not allowed to bare any flesh? That's what happened to Davina McCall! She got trolled," Susanna told Piers. "No, Davina didn't do this. Come on, you can think she looks great but come on! You're 55 — put your clothes on," Morgan responded.

Social media did not have a problem with Hurley flaunting her goods, but several noted that having her son taking the racy shots was rather "weird." "My objection to Liz Hurley is not merely her constant publishing of semi-nude pictures on Instagram - but that she gets her son to take them. I don't care how 'great for her age' she looks, this is weird and abusive. Media stop normalizing this," broadcaster Sonia Poulton tweeted.

"Ok, it’s not weird that the total icon Liz Hurley got her lils out because they’re great but having her 19-year-old son take the photo? I mean, if he’s cool then cool but still..." another user added. "The relationship between Liz Hurley and her son needs to be investigated by a Psychologist or the Police or both," a third user quipped. "Granted, Liz Hurley looks great, but when I saw her recent picture, my first thought was ‘I bet your son took that photo’ and that people, that’s just weird," another commented. "Liz Hurley's son takes those pics? What the fuck? I can't imagine a world where my dear old Ma looks at me and says 'Fancy taking a few pics of me with side boob?' Ewww," a fifth chimed in.
