Pete Davidson's alleged female stalker who called herself his wife is 'unfit to face trial', confined to psych facility
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Pete Davidson's alleged stalker, who entered his property while posing as his wife, has been found to be incompetent to face trial, as per authorities. In March 2021, the alleged stalker was detained after breaking into the comedian's Staten Island residence.
Sandra Bullock, Keanu Reeves, and Billy Eilish are just a few celebrities who have dealt with stalkers. Unfortunately, this is not something new. Since the 1989 murder of Rebecca Schaeffer, law enforcement has worked to make living safer for celebrities.

Michelle Mootreddy, who broke into Pete Davidson's New York City residence in March 2021, has been "placed in the custody of a psychiatric facility" and is "unfit to stand trial." In March 2021, Mootreddy was detained for reportedly breaking into the comedian's Staten Island house.
Mootreddy allegedly broke into Davidson's Staten Island house in 2021 through an unlocked side door. Law enforcement sources said that although the celebrity wasn't at home at the time, a relative was, and they immediately alerted the police, reports TMZ. When the cops showed up, Mootreddy allegedly claimed to them that she and the comedian had "a telepathic love connection."
In addition to two misdemeanor counts of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and harassment, Mootreddy has been charged with burglary in the second and third degrees, both felonies. However, it now appears that she won't go to trial until she has received treatment and is prepared to take part in her defense.
Along with breaking and entering, Mootreddy was also charged with pestering the 'Suicide Squad' star with unwelcome gifts and publishing a false news release purporting to be a marriage announcement between her and Davidson. Page Six was informed at the time by the comedian's attorney that the marriage rumors were "completely false."
Following her arrest, the former 'Saturday Night Live' cast member was granted court-ordered protection from Mootreddy.

Billie Eilish, Keanu Reeves, and more dealt with stalkers
According to reports, Billie Eilish has been given a five-year civil harassment restraining order against a stalker. E! News claims that the 19-year-old obtained the order after complaining that John Hearle was allegedly camped out next to her family's Highland Park, Los Angeles, residence. Eilish asserted that Hearle, 23, had also climbed a fence to see into her home and had made a menacing "throat-slitting" gesture at her.
Meanwhile, Keanu Reeves has also been given a temporary restraining order to protect him from an alleged stalker. The petition was submitted by Reeves' attorney Mathew Rosengart to the Los Angeles Superior Court against a 38-year-old man. As per records obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, the defendant is accused of repeatedly making unannounced appearances at Reeves' house while stalking, harassing, and trespassing on the actor's property.
Kelly Clarkson has also reportedly received some legal protection from two individuals who kept showing up at her home without an invitation and raising a commotion. For the next five years, Clarkson is protected from Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young by permanent restraining orders.
