'Perfect Match' Season 2: Micah Lussier feels 'disgusted' as Kaz Bishop ends relationship by kissing newbie
TULUM, MEXICO: Despite being one of the strongest couples in Season 2 of 'Perfect Match', Kaz Bishop and Micah Lussier are in danger of breaking up due to late arrivals. So, who or WHAT made the duo split?
Kaz and Micah are one of the stronger couples in the villa, posing a danger to the rest of the 'Perfect Match' ensemble. Their steadfast dedication to one another has been a recurring theme in the show, but signals indicate that their love bubble is about to break.
Following a nail-biting cliffhanger, Episode 7 reveals the conclusion. Kaz decides to match with Micah, just as many of us suspected!
He says he enjoys who he is when he is with her and suggests that he wants to continue getting to know her and expand their relationship. Holly Scarfone is completely taken aback, telling 'Too Hot to Handle' alum Melinda Berry that she feels like a "pawn" in someone else's romance.
Before leaving the villa, Holly believes Kaz has so much promise, but he's just too inconsistent. The next day, Kaz and Micah win the fifth compatibility challenge, becoming the season's first two-time winners.
Their relationship looks to be going well until some cast members try to split them up by recruiting newbies Brittan Byrd and Nigel Jones, who flirt with the duo. Despite the interference, Kaz and Micah eventually resolve not to allow outside opinions to influence them too much.
Having stated that, they agree to spend another night together. Unfortunately, their perfect relationship bubble is about to break, as the five couples are put to the test!
In Episode 8, the boys and ladies are split and spend the day with some familiar faces – men hang out with the ousted girls, and vice versa. At the men's mixer, Kaz instantly connects with newbie Christine Obanor, and the flames almost erupt into a kiss!
Meanwhile, during the women's mixer, Micah talks to Bryton Constantin, who implies that Kaz is interested in doing something with someone else. While dubious of Bryton's honesty, he advises Micah not to tell Kaz about their conversation, claiming he will find out if she does.
When the couple returns to the resort, Micah immediately shares Bryton's amazement with Kaz. Their strained relationship has deteriorated to the point that it is unlikely that they will make it through the night together.
The evicted competitors eventually make their way to the villa, where pandemonium follows as Kaz kisses Holly during a game of flip-cup. Micah sees the entire incident, feeling nauseous and horrified by Kaz's behavior.
He subsequently approaches Micah for a conversation, and their passionate disagreement reverberates loudly before the two end their relationship.
