CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA: 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' children!' It's another day for the Kardashians to make headlines, and this time Kourtney Kardashian is facing online criticism. After her daughter Penelope, 10, was recently featured in a makeup tutorial on their shared TikTok, mom Kourtney is being criticized by online users for allowing her 10-year-old daughter to wear makeup and being called a "bad mom." The video has since been taken down from the web.
Even though the little girl seemed to have fun as she put on her make-up, trolls are calling out Kourtney for bad parenting. Penelope put on concealer and then blended it before adding lip gloss, eye shadow, and mascara in the clip, which has since been taken down. Even though a few trolls shamed the mother, users were quick to praise Penelope's makeup skills.

Although Penelope is the star of the TikTok account, it is billed as 'Kourtney-Penelope,' indicating her mother's involvement. Kourtney Kardashian shared three children Mason, 12, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 7 with her ex-fiancé Scott Disick.
Last month Kourtney denied her son Mason, 12, is on social media and slammed an "ultra-creepy" account she accused of "relentlessly pretending" to be him.
