LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Everyone has body goals and Paige Spiranac is a motivation for all. The golf influencer, labeled Maxim magazine's "sexiest woman alive" in 2922, revealed the secret to her fit and toned body. Take a look at how she keeps her body sleek and athletic.

Spiranac went live on Instagram to answer her fan's questions one by one. One person got right to the point and questioned the former SI Swimsuit model, "Whats the secret of ur excellent body?"

'I am the healthiest and happiest'

Spiranac admitted that intuitive eating and varying her exercise routine are crucial to maintaining her slim body. “I have tried it all. My body weight has fluctuated a ton throughout the years, more due to just personal changes in my life,” Spiranac said.

She went on saying, “Going through stress and then being happy and then stress and like all of that stuff really affects my body.”

Many people admire Spiranac's work ethic, but she admits it's not always easy to stick to her diet. She said, “I struggle with my diet, to be honest. I love my sweets and carbs but I make sure to never deprive myself and listen to my body. I’ve learned I don’t have to be crazy strict to achieve my fitness goals.”

Spiranac is determined to live a healthy lifestyle despite the hardships of adhering to a tight diet. She added that she prefers intuitive eating to rigorous diets, which she claims have always resulted in weight gain once the plan is completed.

“Right now, I feel like I am the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been, and so for me, it’s intuitive eating and not restricting myself... If I want to have something, I’ll have it. Always in moderation."

Paige Spiranac's workout routine

Spiranac is prone to low-back pain as a golfer due to the swinging of the golf club. To avoid this, she does a specific routine that strengthens her back. Except for resistance bands, no equipment is required.

She trains like any other fitness model, practicing cardio and lifting weights in the gym in addition to her golf training sessions. While strength training maintains Spiranac's core strength, cardio sessions boost her metabolism, causing her to burn fat faster.
