Orlando Bloom says his penis is 'really not that big', calls naked photo of him paddleboarding with Katy Perry an optical illusion
Not many celebrities like to let it all hangout, given the constant scrutiny they are subjected to on a daily basis. And with good reasons. Orlando Bloom, who was pictured in the buff paddleboarding with his fiancee Katy Perry in 2016 is still answering questions about those snaps.
If you may remember, the 'Lord of the Rings' actor was seen totally naked while rowing his then-girlfriend Katy Perry across a lake located in Sardinia. Perry was seen relaxing on the paddleboard while the actor was seen rowing behind her. The picture got people talking about Bloom's penis which appeared to be unbelievably large.
While on the Howard Stern radio show, Bloom actually downplayed the size of his member. "It is really not that big. Things are expanded on cameras with a big optical lens. It is an optical illusion," he shared.
He also shared how his publicist had called him to say that there were pictures with a block to cover his private parts. "And then you suddenly realize somebody is going to uncover the black box because they are going to be paid enough," Bloom revealed. Bloom also had to message his former wife Miranda Kerr in order to warn their 8-year-old son Flynn about the inappropriate pictures being circulated all over the internet.
While talking to Aussie radio station Kyle & Jackie O, Kerr recalled how he had texted her and said that he was really embarrassed about the pictures. "'Some photos are coming out. Just thought I should let you know'. And I was like, 'Hmmmm ... right, what were you thinking? Seriously, what were you thinking?'" Kerr shared.
On the other hand, fiancee Perry said she was not surprised by Bloom's nudity, telling The Project that he was "quite the exhibitionist."
Both Perry and Bloom are ready to get married after he proposed to her in February. During his interview with Howard Stern, he was also asked if he would like to have any more children to which he said, "We are shooting for that. It’s like this wild mustang. If we can just wrangle this beast and get on it, we’ll have the ride of our life."
However, that does not seem to be a plan in the near future, and for the time being, Perry and Bloom are working on their relationship as much as they can. The couple is planning to tie the knot soon though it is not known when.
