LONDON, UK: A new portrait of the royal family is here for the world to admire, a picture of thousand words. The portrait of the British royal family has premiered: King Charles III, Camilla - the Queen Consort, and William and Kate - the Prince and Princess of Wales. The heartwarming picture was taken the night before the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth on September 18. When the royal family held a reception for world leaders at Buckingham Palace.

The photograph forecasts a glimpse of the present and future monarchy as the new sovereign is pictured with his son and heir next in line to the throne as they posed together while looming behind a glorifying portrait of King George III, the longest reigning male monarch in British History.  But what's more remarkable about the portrait is that it reflects King Charles slimmed monarchy

The unspoken elephant in the room is King Charles's youngest son Prince Harry and his wife Meghan's absence. Although the picture was taken when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were still in Britain but surely it will come as no surprise when the California-based couple views the new royal family portrait. Prince Harry and Meghan chose to walk away from being a part of the royal family and are now the non-working class of the family is because they wanted to be financially independent atmost they did not wish to share the spotlight. Meghan has time and again made it clear in her interviews about her insight toward the royal family.

The finality of the picture suggests that there is no coming back for Prince Harry and Meghan, the experts even claim this move could be a dagger to their hearts as it was for Prince Andrew when he was first excluded from the Palace balcony. The couple that could have been the epicenter of the royal family was moved to the bottom of the official royal website this week, placing them only above Prince Andrew.

The new royal portrait not only symbolizes the present and future monarchists but also that there is a new royal order and it revolves around these four. Nevertheless, the picture was taken during the sorrowful mourning period of the late Queen, but it is a mere invigorating symbolization that the duties of the royal family never stop as they continue to weld the wheel. It is also reported that King Charles could be soon seeking to amend a law as to who can act as his official stand-in. In case such a decision is carried forward Prince Harry, Prince Andrew and Princess Beatrice could be all stripped of their duties as official stand-ins for the sovereign, shall the King be indisposed.
