Late American rapper Nipsey Hussle’s Marathon clothing store in Los Angeles was recently vandalised by a group of unknown people. Multiple videos made their way on social media including Twitter and Instagram showing Nipsey’s clothing store vandalised with windows smashed and graffiti tagged on the walls. It is also being reported that nearby outlets in the shopping complex were also not spared.

One video shared by The Shade Room on their Instagram account shows the glass windows on the building being completely shattered, but the metal bars at the entry were in place.

They captioned the video, “It looks like #NipseyHussle’s clothing store has been vandalized recently. Thankfully good samaritans have already started cleaning up#TMC.” As the caption mentions, there were a few good people who even cleaned the vandalised area. Apparently, there have been reports of theft but nothing has been confirmed as more details are awaited on the same.

The news of late rapper’s store getting vandalised did not go well with his fans as it was the same place where the rapper was shot and killed in March 2019. A lot of furious social media users took to Twitter to speak on the same. One user said, “F**king clowns, vandalizing Nipsey Hussle’s clothing store. Disrespectful AF.”

One fan blamed the cops and tweeted, “I swear the police vandalized @NipseyHussle store. Hating a** racist system.” Another user added, “Wow dawg .... n****s real live vandalized Nipsey Hussle store smh ... mfs really weird!!!” One user posted, “Wow they vandalized Nipsey Hussle’s clothing store smh i bet it was Trump supporters.” One individual asserted, “Whoever vandalized Nipsey Hussle TMC store can go straight to hell.”

Hip-hop icon Nipsey, who was an activist and an entrepreneur as well, had inaugurated The Marathon Clothing Store back in 2017 with his brother Samiel Asghedom, as reported by Revolt TV. And, as mentioned earlier, the Los Angeles store is the place where Nipsey was shot and killed on March 31, 2019.

The posthumous Grammy award-winning rapper died because of gunshot wounds to the head and torso, with the Los Angeles County ruling the death a homicide, as published by the BBC. Nipsey was known for his numerous mixtapes, including ‘Bullets Ain't Got No Name’ series, ‘The Marathon’, ‘The Marathon Continues’ and ‘Crenshaw’, the last of which rapper Jay-Z bought 100 copies for $100 each.
