'I like to look fake': Cartel Crew's Nicole Zavala spends $175K on plastic surgery to cope with BF’s murder
MIAMI, FLORIDA: Plastic surgery addict Nicole Zavala claims she "loves fillers" and does not have plans to stop going under the knife. The VH1's 'Cartel Crew' star celebrated her 30th birthday by splurging $20,000 on a boob job, fillers, and more. However, the surgery-obsessed star based in Miami revealed she uses the process to help her cope with her boyfriend’s murder.
“I had a very rough year. I just lost my boyfriend to murder. I feel like this is how I cope. Just getting fillers, tattoos, and piercings. It makes me feel better," Zavala explained. "I’m just trying to be strong because it's hard, it's hard, it’s really hard," the plastic surgery addict said in an interview with Truly on Friday, March 10.

Zavala says she wants to look her best going into the next decade of her life. Although her distressed family thinks the 30-year-old is going crazy and losing her mind. When meeting up with her mother she asked Zavala, "what's wrong with you," reported The Sun. But Zalava believes her "relationship with plastic surgery is actually amazing. I love fillers. I love my lips." “I think I’ve spent over $175,000 on plastic surgery.”
“I'm definitely addicted to plastic surgery I like to change my appearance all the time. I like to look fake.” The 30-year-old claims she doesn't have a problem adding that if you don’t pay for her bills or her plastic surgery, she is not worried about people's opinions. “I get all kinds of comments. That I look like a Bratz Doll. You look like a Barbie, you look like a blow-up fish because of my lips.” “When people give me negative comments, I really laugh… If you don’t like it don’t go on my page,” Zavala said.

Furthermore, the Reality star spoke of her relationship with her late boyfriend, Demetrious, and said the pair dated for three years and he only tragically died only five months ago. The surgery addict claims she was devasted by her boyfriend's loss and really struggled to cope with it. “I do miss him," she claimed. “I’m just now getting up and trying to make myself feel beautiful. I was stuck at home for two months. I was just looking at the wall, U didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know how to cope with it.”
Zavala explained her boyfriend whose name Demetrious is known as Meech by everyone and the 30-year-old even has a portrait of him tattooed on her arm. The tattoo says, “Demetrius - legends live forever.” Zavala said the "grief has been really hard" and she has been going to therapy every week. “It’s hard to lose someone just like that. But I’m trying and trying. I know he’s with me and know he wants me to do good. I’m just trying to be strong.”
